  • Worst service I have ever encountered. The long haired worker with the beard. Don't know his name. Insulted me and berated me for 30 minutes because I didn't know how to properly prime a new kind of coil. I don't know why any business owner would pay an employee to berate and insult their customers. I used to go to Valor Vapor for everything the worker with the dreads was always helpful. With this new employee working there, I will never return and warn anyone else not to go there.
