  • When I arrived I knew exactly what I was going to get. The Apple Expert walked up and immediately called me Jonathan. That wasn't that big of a deal, but then I asked for a MacBook Air with maxed out specs and the "expert" had no idea what I was talking about. The customer should never know more than the salesman.
