  • This guy hasn't learned how to deal with a customer. I Called Tuesday for a simple move of heavy furniture within my home. I gave him a wide berth....need the move done by Friday or Saturday morning. He quoted me a price and said he would get back to me to set it up. He never called. Since I am traveling and I asked my wife to call and find out what was going on. HE STARTED WITH THE EXCUSES THAT WE SHOULD HAVE CALLED AND REMINDED HIM. WOW So....here is our text messaging for your reading pleasure. Is this the type of finger pointing customer service you expect? Watch how he accuses my wife, then says he will make next to nothing on my job, all in order to deflect responsibility. This is child's play. When your business depends on your customers and your reputation, taking exception to a customer especially a woman, who is not happy that you didn't do what you committed to is just dumb. HIM Randy I apologize. I did drop the ball there is a lot of jobs going on the end of the month here and I put you on for the same day but the guys couldn't make it so as I got to the next days I never saw your information. I took full responsibility for that and apologize for that and the lady that just spoke to me was very abrasive rude snotty and just overall not the type of person I want to do a move for that the company profits next to nothing on ME Here comes your social media reviews. I am sure you won't mind me quoting you That was my wife and I agree with her that it's not our responsibility to remind you about something you committed to at a price you agreed to. I didn't ask you for that price HIM I said well I wish you would have called me sooner because she kept expressing her displeasure with waiting and she said I run a business abd a bunch of other things that still don't make me exempt for making a mistake and if its my time and me waiting, I'm gonna call to check in. I don't just assume. Randy ill do it for you to help you I know you didn't ask for that price, but I made a mistake and I apologize but I don't feel I should be talked to or treated like that , it wasn't my time being wasted it was hers and its her fault it was wasted because she assumed and didn't call, not mine. So I see no reason for her to step out of line when I'm just trying to help and made an honest mistake. When I said I would call you back, I meant that day. And I apologize. I will send people out but I would request that shr is not present and I do not speak with her again.
