  • This apartment complex is not luxurious by any means. I lived in this complex for one year and could not wait to move by the end of the lease. When I originally signed the lease for this apartment I was told that I would have a fully upgraded apartment with wood flooring new cabinets and upgraded appliances the day that we moved in we found that the apartment was nothing like the model we were shown. The apartment had old carpet that the front office said oh well we can lower ur rent since it's not the wood flooring, we agreed simply because we wanted to be done and over with moving the carpet was old and front desk assured us well it's fine we are just gonna replace it after you guys move anyhow. Upon moving in we told the front office of many issues the apartment had starting with a earwig infestation, cockroach issue, black mold and faulty appliances. The apartment maintenance individuals were decent for the most part which is why I did not give them just a one star. However now that I have moved out they seem to think we owe them money to replace old carpet that was messed up when we moved in. I know that upon moving there was quite a few stains but they could easily have been removed them with the 250 dollar deposit they took. But to replace carpet with money from me for carpet that was disgusting from whoever rented before us that's not happening. If I have to get a lawyer and go to the better business bureau I will because I will not pay this company for something they already had to do to this apartment. I am not a smoker and the carpet had a massive smell of cigarettes before hand anytime it got hot. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anybody. They are full of lies.
