  • On April 11th, I went into this dealership to trade in my car for a 13 Explorer Sport. I saw a salesman named Delorean. He appraised my trade in for $30,000.00. He also explained to me that it was the best deal they can do for me... I asked him that I needed to think about it overnight. Next morning he called me and asked me when I would be in to get the deal done. When I arrived at the dealership, Delorean had my car appraised again, came back to me and said they are going to give you $28,000 for the trade in. At first I was unhappy because he appraised my car for $30,000 the day before. I agreed. He went to go get the paperwork and when Delorean returned to have me sign the papers it said $25,000.00 for the trade in. I explained to Delorean you told me $27,000.00 2 mins ago, what is going on. He excused himself and his managers Robert Edward Lee and Bill Bosnos came over. Robert and Bill stated they can only give me $25,000.00 for the trade in, I asked where did Delorean go and Robert told me he was embarrassed and left cause he gave me the wrong information. I was furious by this point and told Robert this is the 2nd time they are going back on what they explained to me. We agreed on this car yesterday, If I would have known they were going to mislead me I would have gone elsewhere.
