  • I was going to purchase a reclining loveseat possibly with a middle console approx. a week ago. The sales rep greeted me and walked me through the isles. I had done my homework before and had notes with certain model names and numbers in my hand. She did not seem to know about the numbers or names, nor did she have any information handy. I sat in a few recliners, but couldn't recline any of them, because the coffee tables were sitting in front and blocked the recliner. I ask the sales rep if she should could please move the tables, she declined. She then told me that was I was looking for wasn't available anyways. I showed her my notes, but she repeated that none of them would fit my needs and wished me a good day! ??? Couldn't believe my ears. As bad as the economy is, it seems all manmade to me, because sales personel is not doing their job. I found the loveseat I wanted around the corner at Kaplan's furniture store!
