  • Horrible airlines! We were running 15 minutes behind schedule due to my father in-laws funeral. The plane hadn't even taken off and they wouldn't let us check in. They are the worst in customer service and could care less about anything. I will never go through spirit airlines again! Bad experience left us driving home after funeral services. Had to rent a car to drive back home, stuck in traffic from LA to Vegas, we will be lucky if we get home by midnight at this rate. They didn't even offer a refund or another flight at least few hours later. The earliest standby they could get us on was Saturday. Today is Thursday! Never again!!!! I wish I could give you 0 stars for making a sad family situation we're going through into a worst one.
