  • If I could give zero stars I would. I am SO glad that we moved out of the house which was under this HOA. They would fine us for everything under the star! From just moving in, to fining is because our tree was too small in the front yard! How was that even possible? Fined us over $2000 because of a gas can in front of our garage door. Fined us for following our culture and leaving our slippers outside! But when you try and contact them, if you do get a hold of them it would take months! But they happily use our HOA fees for a little "carnival" in the little park in the middle. Equipped with a miniature pony, face painting, food and a live DJ! So ridiculous!
