rev:text	I was referred here from Erwin at Tech Mail. I wasn't happy with the result and the dirty place I last took my little one. Maybe that's why he was sniffing the place up like crazy. I'm happy I gave this place a chance! I'm super happy with the results. Appointment: I called them for an appointment and the earliest was in 4-5 days. I took it. I was told to bring shot records. I assumed it was mainly rabies record, since I wasn't boarding him. Rabies record is normal thing to ask for...pet owners should have this handy! It's not hard. I saw some bad reviews because they were turned away from service. I'm happy they got turned away, it's irresponsible to not take care of your pet's paperwork. Some advice for those people....it's easy to figure your crap out before the appointment and maybe leave the record in the car. It makes life a lot easier!!! I wouldn't want your infected animal to be around my little guy. =) Pricing: I asked them how much it was with him being a little matted in some areas and was told $45. That's normal rate. My dog is 3-4lbs...to me it was a ridiculous price....but it's normal cost. Can't complain about it. I usually pay $39-75 for the service without tip. I'm happy the price didn't change when I was told my total. Because sometime they magically add things in. They didn't here. Results: I'm really thorough with what I want for my dog. I always have photos and instruction what I do want and don't want. Sometimes I think groomers get carried away cutting, buzzing away.... lol But here, the lady did exactly what I wanted. He's evenly cut, smells good. His ears look clean. I'm super happy I took him here. We'll definitely be back. Thank you!
