Update: I ended up having techs out 3 times from this company for a month straight. Each time it was "we need such and such part." The ladt visit they told me my washer was fixed and that I needed to run a rinse cycle to get rid of the smell from old water sitting. Long story short the washer was not fixed it was still not washing and to top it all off my washer now had mold that would not wash out. After trying to clean the washer with 4 rinse cycles bleach and cleaners I had had enough. I called Lowes customer service directly and thank God I got a hold of someone willing to help. I ended up doing a buy back with them because I had a warranty (highly recommend) and I got a new washer. So even though this company is terrible at everything from customer service to fixing things it ended up working out for me.
