  • I called Hertz this morning and ask if they had a car I couldn't rent today. I was put on hold, after just over 10min on hold I was promoted to leave a message and someone would call me back. Instead of leaving a message I thought I would just go down to Hertz. I have used this location twice already this year and both times I received great service in person. We I got to the store at 12:20 they were closed! The website clearly says Saturdays open 9am-1pm on Saturdays. As I stated above I used this location before and received great service. Both times I was asked to give feed back, which I did. I think it's only fair to leave feedback now that I have had unsatisfactory service from them.
