This place is one of those little old greasy spoons that's not a greasy spoon. You can get a great couple of cups of coffee a wonderful breakfast or you can have some ice cold ice tea and a terrific lunch even an early supper. The service there is great. The staff remembers you and when you come in they greet you with a smile. I take my elderly mom there a lot. She has had some health issues in the past, and present. One time she drove to the restaurant , became ill and the people from the restaurant in mediately took her to get comfortable and called me right away. Although mom no longer drives they treated us then like family and today four years later just like family. I've been going there since 1991 when I moved into the valley. While the food might not be five star the service and the kindness ,the location and just everything about this place makes it a great restaurant. It's always clean , the staff is always nice , the food is pretty good and it's very accessible with handicap parking right up front. It's stuff like that that makes this a 5-star place to a blue-collar guy like me. Thank you to the staff of Jim's Coney Island, Jeff and Annabelle.
