  • Horrible customer service. They try to make a quick buck off anything they can think of. On the groupon ad it states regular price is $240 and is reduced to $99. $240 is for a suv like car on their website but when I brought my car they wanted to charge an extra $20 because apparently in the fine print it says they can charge extra if they find the need to. Also on the add it self it says "cars or suv" meaning the price of $99 includes a regular sedan or a suv, nowhere does it say it will cost extra for suv like cars. They need to have better customer service, the girl was very rude. The guy who was there was a little better and tried to work something out whereas the girl told him that I can just go home if I don't wanna pay the extra fee. I'll take my money else where. Avoid this place if you can.
