  • I had to spend 7 hours in the Charlotte International Airport due to a connecting flight scheduled late and I had a good experience with this particular airport. Pros: 1. Clean (at one of the bathrooms, there was a cleaning lady that was super friendly and assigned people to stalls) 2. Free wifi and lots of outlets (there are charging stations throughout the airport) 3. Lots of food and drink options such as bbq, burgers, pizza, Starbucks, etc. There are many convenience stores as well. Also saw stores that sell makeup, electronics, clothes, etc. I even saw a spa! 4. Lots of seating areas 5. Good customer service Cons: 1. Food is definitely overpriced. I went to Burger King and saw that the prices were way higher than normal.
