  • I went during lunch time and it wasn't super busy yet. The parking situation for this side of the plaza is horrible since its near phoenix palace which caters to huge parties and family functions so expect to park a little far if you don't want to dance around other cars getting in and out. I got a dac biet and the broth itself was a little sweet for my taste but the rest of the bowl was pretty solid as far as the meat goes. I gave them an extra star since everyone gets an individual veggie plate! We all know how weird it is to ration veggies when you go to a pho place.
