  • I will note that I this is a review of a stay that was comped due to achieving the first level status with them last year (mostly due to having splurged on a bucket-list item of eating at e), so, whether I would consider staying here worth the *price*... depends wildly on what the price is. Given what it seems like average prices are generally, I'd go with "probably not". But I certainly *enjoyed* having one night of much more luxury than usual in a hotel (which I obviously repaid them by spending quite a lot at their various super-delicious restaurants and bars). Anyway, apart from what the price would have been had we paid for it (they didn't even charge us the resort fee, which I totally expected they would), everything was pretty close to perfect: checkin and checkout were painless and almost instant (sad they couldn't get us a room facing the fountain, but I didn't *expect* they would), the room itself was gorgeous and crazy spacious, the bathroom was huge (with a super deep tub), the bed was incredibly comfortable, the balcony was a nice fun touch, the location is perfect, parking was seamless with my status card, and obviously, I love being surrounded by totally amazing cocktail bars (I enjoyed trying several new drinks from several different Cosmopolitan bars, and they were all awesome, especially the two off-menu drinks the bartender made based on my feedback in The Study - really nice being able to drink a bunch and then just take the elevator up to your room!). Every employee was helpful, and in general, I really just have a couple minor complaints. The big one is that, even 50 floors up, I could hear the BOOM BOOM BOOM of the stupid trance music from the party pool 50 floors below - would be nice if rooms facing that direction were a lot more sound-shielded (thankfully it was only for a few hours, and I was away from my room for most of that time). I also had a couple minor complaints about the bathroom - notably, that while the frosted glass looks super cool, it also lets a ton of light through right into the bed, which is unfortunate if you're using the bathroom while sharing the room with someone who's sleeping. Our bathtub also started randomly turning the bubbles on while it wasn't in use (or had any water in it), which was a bit odd, but that's a lot more likely to have been specific to that specific tub, and to be fixed once they get a few complaints about it. The other two are more general, though.
