  • We are visiting Surprise from Seattle when my 14 year old daughter had an ortho emergency. Despite her being in pain, the first 3 orthodontists I called said they couldn't help us. When we called Feldman Ortho, the friendly receptionist was able to fit us immediately. Dr. Feldman & his staff were incredibly nice & helpful. Her braces required Dr. Feldman himself to work on for quite sometime. They treated us as if we were valued patients instead of visitors from an out-of-state practice. After all of the time they spent with is, I expected a large bill. However, they sent us in our way with only a smile - no charge! If they treated us this well, I can only imagine how well they treat their actual patients!
