rev:text	This Wal-Mart is the place I shopped for the longest time and not just because my son worked there. It was because it was convenient one stop shop with great prices. I usually did not shop in the summer because there isn't any air conditioning and the experience is miserable. I should have realized from this alone that Wal-Mart no longer cares about people. I had similar unpleasant experiences as other people, bad service, my car not filled with the appropriate amount of oil, charged wrong amounts. My son would tell me stories of how he and other employees weren't treated right, no breaks on time etc. My point about this place is that I am a reasonable and patient person. So when I say something not positive about a business it is fair assessment. This place is not unlike a mill just chewing up and spitting out, unfortunately it's people they are doing this to. They have been doing this a long time and it is catching up to them. There is always another store to shop at. Grocery, natural, pharmacy, dollar stores. Even Winco if you like the same feel of the large store shopping. You can't treat people like this on the large scale they have been and expect to do well in business. So now they have to cut back employees and hours to stay competitive. But you lost my $250/ wk by how you have treated my son. I am sure I am not the first person to think and do this, and I doubt I will be the last, but at least you have been told. People are what make or break business. With all your products and services for people to buy, you have forgotten that it's people you are doing business with. Your employees are people too, with families. When you mistreat one employee , that employee has the potential of influencing their loved ones whether they mean to or not. Those loved ones can always choose another store. How many other people you have lost business with would be an impossible guess. I can say without a doubt you have lost my trust and my business.
