  • I HAVE TO SAY I AM IN LOVE WITH SMALL CAKES From their customer service to quality of their cupcakes I can honestly say they should be noticed on the news or featured on a tv show. The scale level from 1-10 isn't enough to give them, they are like 100!!! So I was throwing my friend a last minute baby shower and I was freAking out where to order cupcakes from due to the fact that was over and done with this other bakery where I've ordered all my cakes from so I looked around all over town to see where I can find another bake shop that had good reviews etc, anyhow I came across Small cakes and I am so so so so happy I chose this place. I read all their reviews and I said hey let's give this place a shot. I spoke with Rhonda and explained my situation to her and she was so awesome and understanding and immediately helped me, which by the way her customer service level is a 20!! So I sent them my photos of an idea what I wanted and OMG THEY MADE MY CUPCAKES PERFECT & GORGEOUS, better what I imagined. They were so beautiful no one at the shower didn't want to eat them. We were all obsessed with them. FLAVOR? OMG I chose the chocolate, vanilla, red velvet & carrot cake OMG THEY WERE THE BEST DELICIOUS CUPCAKES I HAVE EVER HAD. To die for! The staff is amazing! The bakery is beautiful, simple and perfect! Thank you so much Small cakes for your outstanding work and thank you so much for your kind customer service! I can't wait to order from you guys again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I referred like 10 ppl already to you guys;)):):):):)!!!!!!!
