  • Yep. After venturing to many other ramen places all around the city, I realized Sansotei holds a special place in my heart. For me, it is best in class. In fact, I'm gonna award it the top spot on my list. There. I said it. Sansotei is #1 in Toronto. All the elements (broth, noodles, toppings) come together magically and the first slurp always makes me remember why I fell in love with ramen in the first place. Tonkotsu black with extra chashu folks! Simply beautiful!
