  • My wife was in the market for a new car and wanted to check out several makes/models. I hate checking out any new vehicle in AZ as the salespersons are hungry like the wolf. They assume that you're here to purchase as you walk in the door. I long for the days on the East Coast where you could just stroll along in the parking lot just "looking." We made an appointment with Guss who was very friendly and not pushy at all. My wife test drove the CTS. We found it really didn't meet our needs. We had to think about it, so Guss asked if he could follow up our visit with a phone call. He did one month latter but we were not available so I called back leaving a thank you voicemail. If you're looking for a new vehicle and don't know which make/model you would like. I recommend calling Guss to check out his inventory and maybe take a test drive. He will work with you, not placing you under pressure. That earned a 5 Star rating due to not placing undo pressure upon those looking for a new car. We would revisit Guss when we're in the market again. THANKS!
