  • After THIRTY FIVE DAYS, my vehicle is finally finished. I spoke with Tim who is the new manager, he had only been with the company for three weeks, my vehicle was there LONGER than he was there working for the company. I made contact with USAA about this. Tim apologized telling me he dropped the ball. The people were cold and rude I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Extremely unprofessional and not customer driven.
