  • I didn't even have a Yelp account before, but I had such a horrible experience here that I created one. My friends and I went here for a pedicure. I will say that the employee I had was one of the nicest I've ever had in a nail salon. She was very sweet and talkative. My nails, however, are cut extremely crooked and look like someone blind painted them. My friend's experience is what really baffled me though. She is extremely allergic to latex, and when the nail technician sat down to begin, she asked if they had latex free gloves. The woman said she would check, went to the back, and when she didn't find any, told my friend that she should have come prepared with her own latex free gloves. What?! The nail tech said she was allergic to the water in the tub and needed the gloves. My friend said it was fine and that she would just not get the pedicure - this would have been safest for all parties involved as the tech wouldn't have to go gloveless and my friend wouldn't be exposed to latex. The technician insisted she get the pedicure but the entire time complained and told my friend several times that in the future she needed to come prepared, despite my friend saying it was okay and she would pass on the pedicure. Then, half way through, she AGAIN tried to use latex gloves despite being asked not to. I was absolutely astonished. My friend finally ended up leaving in the middle of her pedicure because she was so frustrated. The salon itself didn't seem very clean at all, and I didn't see any tools come out of sterilization bags which makes me a little weary. We didn't receive much of a massage with our pedicures and I felt like the whole experience was very rushed. This is the last time I ever try a salon outside of the regular one I visit.
