  • I purchased the premium package, So Bad, not only spotty, I have a convertible, While driving away the sun reflected in the back window, when I went to inspect the back window after leaving (should have done it while there) I noticed the inside of the window wasn't even cleaned, not even touched, then I looked down inside the back window only to see debris in the back area, not vacuumed at all. I would have gotten a better job paying the neighborhood kids. I tipped this guy $5 which was even worse next time I don't know what to do, maybe a buck.
