  • The best word to describe this DD location. Inconsistent. Let me start by saying DD is my all time favorite coffee, I've been going to DD for years in 3 different States that I've lived in, Do I was thrilled they were opening this one 30 seconds away from my house WITH a drive through! And since they ate only 30 seconds from my house I go here almost every day. Or I used too anyways. When they 1st opened they were always out of everything you ordered, specifically sugar raised donuts, the coffee was never very warm. They even charged me different prices for a medium coffee a few times. I thought "hey they're new, I'll give them leeway". And they did start to get better. Although still they were frequently out of sugar raised donuts. But they were friendly and the coffee was good. Then a few months ago the service started getting very rude. They wouldn't say hello they'd just bark through the speaker "what do you want?." So I started going a little less. Recently they have gotten a little better but still not super friendly, BUT! They broke the last straw with the coffee. As I said I've been going to Dunkin for years in multiple states. A medium coffee with cream and sugar always tastes the same. But now for some reason at this location when I order that, it tastes like they are not only using 3 cups of sugar in that little cup, but it tastes like splenda. They have ruined the coffee... For this reason I am breaking off my relationship with this DD. The same DD I have spent easily over 200 dollars at over this past year. Wish they could get it together, but I can't put up with it anymore. Adios!
