Thanks to this location, I was charged $140 at the dealership all because a key battery was placed in wrong. I went to this location after my car was not reading my smart key. Being autozone staff, I trusted and assumed they can put in the battery key so I can turn on my car. After it didn't work, I assumed my car had deeper issues. Dealership told me, "oh the battery was not placed correctly". Something so minor cost me so much all because the staff put the battery in wrong. The staff members should be trusted to do a simple task, but not so much anymore. Shouldn't they be trained to do those things?
