  • Watched a customer ask for his coffee to be remade, the customer was very polite, bu the manager grabbed the customers coffee and thru it in the trash...told the guy he would refund him instead.. Poor dude just wanted better coffee. Terrible way to treat a paying customer. Felt very akward
