rev:text	Let me start by saying that my experience was amazing and planning is important. After reading the nasty reviews on this business, clearly that was a factor in my success. I had the privilege of working with the Dream Team today- stylist Ashley and manager Amie. I booked an appointment- because I'm an adult and am capable of planning ahead and recognize that if I need individual attention, I should let someone know that I will need their time. I am getting married in October, and knew that it can take some time to order and alter a wedding gown. That said, I came in with approximately NO idea what I wanted and this was the first time I was even seeing a wedding dress in person, much less putting one on. Ashley immediately took time to ask questions about what I liked/didn't like about dresses and my figure overall. She gave me resources to narrow down my options and pulled a few dresses to dial in my preferences further. She spoke in lay-man's terms when she recognized I wasn't up on the lingo, and gave me practical information about each dress rather than opinions. Once I narrowed it down to my top 2, Amie helped me kick it up a notch, pulling accessories and accents to give me the full picture bridal experience. They gave me breathing room to make a decision and never pressured or patronized me. I should mention that there were several other customers who came and went from the store throughout my 2 hour experience, and everyone seemed to receive the same level of personalized service. These two were totally in sync, taking turns pulling gowns and dressing customers. They took the time to educate and assist me, and their team work really helped make the process stress-free. The icing on the cake was the attention they gave to my mother and sister; always calling us each by name and taking time to answer their questions, too. Although we were out of time in our appointment, Ashley took a little more time to talk with us about bridesmaids dresses and coordinating with the guys. I will have no hesitation to recommend these ladies to my bridesmaids and anyone in the Madison area, searching for wedding attire.
