  • I needed a car for an extended period of time and thought the Enterprise 10 minutes from home would be fine. Our family has rented from here before and had no problems... The Manager Phil is so disrespectful. When I ordered an intermediate and was given a full size, I took the car and asked them to please let me know when something smaller was in so I could swap out. When that car's bald tires almost caused an accident, I went back and politely asked for an different car. Phil stood there and threw the keys on the desk, sighed loudly, cracked his neck and fingers, and proceeded to walk out of the branch without saying a word. I got a third car, an intermediate Dodge Caliber which is fine but the back brakes are sticky and cause a terrible noise when driving- I've decided to not use this Enterprise anymore because of the manager's poor attitude towards customers. Let me say, another young man Chris who works there was fabulous and went out of his way to get me out of the Full Size into a Standard car and was always pleasant and friendly. Lastly, their cars are relatively old and all that I rented had at least 25000 miles on them.
