  • Solid solid bowl of Ramen. After hearing about this place because of twitter, decided to check it out for myself. Went on their first week of opening and was pleasantly surprised. Ordered up the classic tonkatsu ramen and was greeted by a large bowl of soup. The extra layer of fat on top of the broth ensures the soup stays at the proper temperature. Great ramen feeeexins and tasty noodles. (Although these noodles are very different than what I've had in Tokyo) Friendly service and a great new ramen spot. Will be back for sure.
