  • We went to Van Chevrolet to look at used trucks that would meet our price point along with our budgeted payment amount. What a mistake! Not only were we rudely treated and kept in limbo for long period of time BUT the salesman Nicholas was so rude and pushy. He promised he would meet our need regarding the model and year and financial aspects of our search. A couple of hours later after giving him the benefit of the doubt, which he did not deserve, we were getting really ticked at the whole situation! My husband and I repeatedly said we want to find this style/type of truck in this price range with our trade-in and NOT go over this monthly payment amount. This man pushed us to the point that we got up and walked out and he follows us out trying to get us to stay and "work" something out; then the finance manager comes running out and doing the same thing. My husband says to leave us alone! They both keep coming forward to approach me THEN the big kahuna comes running out to get us in a truck we want "today!" Three adult men running after a couple who plainly don't want to do any business with this company whatsoever. Then all 3 men started yelling, literally, thinly veiled insults at us and sarcastic comments. Will NEVER go here again.
