  • Worst experience ever! I had gone there once before and it was decent and I had been trying to get another appointment and I have been calling for a week and messaging on fb and no response! Finally I get a hold of them and they say they have no availabilities which they had told me the day before Via fb! Part of a business is managing phone calls and messages NOT saying oh we are tooo busy! On top of accommodating me they said oh just refund your Groupon! I don't live here so I can't change my flight to come into the salon !!! A good business would have accommodated me because of their fault and the fact I am out of town and in town people can prob more flexible! Seemed like a bunch of amateurs running a home open thing
