  • i had purchased a number of NFL sweat shirts by phone from various TB outlets. It turned out that they were the wrong size, totally my fault. I spoke with Shannon, the Store Manager ,explained my problem , she replied just bring them in and I will exchange for like items from any of our outlets even if we don't have the item in our store. No hassle, or attitude ,just great service. I don't see a need to tout the product ,other than say; if you like TB clothing, you can buy first line goods at a discount, not seconds or items made for the outlets.
