  • Totally outstanding experience! This company reminds me of the type of personalized, professional service that used to be standard, not a get-em-in-and-out-and-take-their-money-fly by night type thing. This is a company that puts customers FIRST! Professional, experienced drivers (who are also nice, will gladly chat & give tips about the town, or just a relaxing silence) FREE WIFI!!!! (and not sure if it was a one off or a secret, but free coffee on the ride to the airport!!??!!) Can book online (but can also call--the dispatchers don't talk to you like you're keeping them from their cigarette breaks) Good rates (Plus a great value for everything they offer) RELIABLE! (never had one pick me up a moment late!!!!) I absolutely hate driving in traffic. I hate trying to navigate traffic patterns in unfamiliar towns. And, I get totally anxiety about getting to the airport on time. Scottsdale Cab Company eliminates all of that. I can sit back, chill out, and feel, almost, pampered. Yeah, that's a good word for it. "Pampered" because it's a comfortable, safe, relaxing ride. I will always use this company when I'm in Scottsdale, and I can easily recommend it to...everyone!
