Mediocre food and even more mediocre service. I went here with a friend last night and I was extremely disappointed to say the least. The service, first and foremost, was extremely lackluster. We may have been seated quickly but our waitress and "service" was almost non-existent. We never got refills for our drinks, food took forever to come out, and our waitress never checked on our table after our original order was taken. I was really underwhelmed by the gyoza and I felt like the noodles I had were somewhat slimy and somewhat overcooked. My friend's roll orders looked to be far better than mine, but I'm also not a sushi person. I'm sorely disappointed by the fact that our waitress could check on every table but ours it seemed and that I had to flag down two other waitresses to get the check and send my very dry chicken order back. The first waitress I politely asked if she could get our waitress for us. She never did. The second waitress I just politely asked to get the check, send back the dry chicken, and get to go boxes. I've ordered to go here before and I thought they were slow just getting a to go order out. Now I realize they're just slow in general. I think this will be my first and last physical outing at Sushiya.
