  • Phade City is an embarrassment to local small businesses & small business owners. The lack of professionalism & customer engagement is below par. Upon walking in, 3 barbers were working with one associate sweeping. No one bothered to greet me or guide me to signing in. While waiting, the associate sweeping was on his phone the entire time having a very private/adult conversation but was not discrete about it. Unfortunately, the customers in the chairs were children who had to listen to his vulgarity. While I've read other reviews, this seems to be the norm. I will not spend my money in this establishment nor encourage others to try it. The lack of respect they have to be true professionals is telling. "Get Phaded" is their slogan... something you'd expect from a business laundering money.
