Terrible customer service. I'm a disabled vet with an obvious walk from spinal injuries, hip and left leg. They wouldn't let me park in the handicapped space, nor any of the other spaces for customers (I shit you not) and had me park next door in someone else's lot where what or who knows what it will be subject to, and hobble my gimp ass over a couple of curbs and unsteady ground.
After I parked across in the other lot...another front desk employee not disabled parked right in front. They obvioulsy despise veterans, gimps and customers.
I really can't afford to fall, but I guess they figure "Who gives a rats ass?"
When I finally crawled up into the truck, I found the gas gauge was not where they said, it showed a couple of gallons short starting out.
I only needed it for a few hours, but the Veteran's group I'm in here is going to hear about it as well as two political friends.
