  • I am a theatre lover. Been to broadway many times and Canadian Stage is comparable to broadway productions... just less chaotic. Depending on the theatre and production, audience generally have positive vibe. The ticket prices aren't cheap so people who come to see the shows are here for a good time. And we are treated nicely. Also known as CanStage has offered plays, musicals and plays that appeal to different audiences. I'm not excited with some of them but I get to explore different types of productions. That is what theatre is about - invoking interest to productions we would have not known. Being a subscriber sort of "forces" me to see most of their shows. CanStage plays a vital role in Toronto's art scene. And they have wonderful staff eager to help subscribers with every questions. Yay!
