  • Disorganized. Took my dad for his eye laser surgery that lasts a couple of minutes. First they couldn't find his paperwork, then after waiting for a long time I asked what was taking long and they claimed they had no idea where my dad was after they told us to wait in the waiting room. We then waited a long time again and there was no one to speak to. We found a nurse and then the nurse we talked to previously showed up and said the reason my dad hadn't been taken in is because a nurse wasn't available to take him. Waited a long time again. Total time there 4 hours. Láser surgery took only 3 minutes!
