  • I enjoy this theater a lot because of the food experience, location, and recliner seats. That said, I have to say all the negative reviews have a ring of truth to them. It's not a perfect experience. But I keep coming back because I enjoy it despite the imperfection. The Food Experience: It is awesome ordering food and having it delivered to my seat. My favorite food to order is crispy buffalo cauliflower, popcorn with butter, and milkshake. However, they have a lot of room for improvement when it comes to consistency. Popcorn and milkshake are usually good, but their actual food is not consistently prepared nor delivered. So if consistency matters to you, it will be really annoying. One night their crispy buffalo cauliflower will be perfect (hot and crispy). Another night it will be served cold and slightly soggy. I have ordered it about 6 times. (I know, I am slightly obsessed.) But I keep going back because I crave the experience. The last dish I had was on the soggy and chill side, so I think I'm going to eat a small dinner prior to visiting and just stick to popcorn and milkshakes. I've ordered a few other meals - colorado chicken salad as a wrap, fish and chips, and chicken tenders. It's all pretty decent, not amazing, but I enjoyed the dishes. There is always a slight lack of attention to detail, sometimes the ranch will be included, sometimes not. My husband got the Royale with Cheese, and he had a hard time eating it because it fell apart. Little stuff like that, but I haven't gotten sick yet and it all tastes fine. I did not enjoy the check. It's so expensive that my new technique is to order the aforementioned snacks off the kid's menu and not eat a real meal. The Seating: I sat in the regular seats one time, and I will not buy tickets in those areas again. They are not very comfortable. Harkins seats are much better. But I love the recliners, even all the way up in the front row. They are not like the Cinemark level of comfort, but they are decent and keep me awake. (I have fallen asleep at the Cinemark a couple of times.) I like their size because they are wide enough for me to spread out a little, but close enough to my companions that I don't feel like I'm watching the movie by myself. I can look over at my friends or family members and exchange looks or a laugh during the movie. The Negative Reviews: Like I said before, many of the negative reviews have a point. The time it takes to get your food varies, the quality of the food varies, and the servers are very distracting when they try to talk to you during the movie (mainly when they ask to close out your check during the climax of a movie or they don't know where to deliver food so they ask you if you ordered the such and such). BUT I keep going back because I have so much fun with the food experience PLUS it takes me about 5 minutes to get there from my house, including parking and walking up. I really want them to do well, so I send in a review about once every couple of weeks with suggestions on how they can improve. This has the real potential to be an amazing theater!
