  • My experience is mixed. I booked a compact cheap car from Kayak and found economy car rental. Caught the taxi from UBC, $11 to get there and taxi driver didn't even know this car rental existed. Anyhow the pick up was pretty quick and the young lady got me in and out on the road in few minutes (5 stars there). It was weird because the car didn't come with a license plate.. Oh well... So this is why it's 2 stars rather than 5 stars. When I returned the car, I asked Anthony if he can take me back to the UBC building which is only 1/4 of a mile from the McCarran car rental plaza and he said we don't go that far! We can only drop you off at the car rental station. Really only a 2 minute drive from Car rental station to my destination! Right there it shows no customer service in this guy! The young lady who checked my return car was willing to help me but Manager Anthony didn't offer to drive me to my destination! Maybe he had to take customer service classes! So once again, ladies got me in and out very quickly - 5 stars for them. Anthony the manager - 1 star! Aloha~
