  • Supercru was recommended to us by an Apple store employee because I guess Apple doesn't like dealing with computers after a certain age? Our iMac is about 6 yrs old, the hard drive went out a year or two ago, and we had just been putting off the repair, thinking it would be a costly pain. Supercru made the repair and recovery process quick, easy and affordable AND they updated everything that needed updating. For something Apple made sound like such a huge deal, Supercru seemed to deal with it easily. I would definitely recommend them to other Mac users in need.
