  • We were thinking of what to eat for Chinese New Year Eve's dinner and we both decided on the beef stew noodle at Noodles (I've been wanting to see the Conservatory at Bellagio as well). The only thing I have ordered here and will only order here is the melt in your mouth "Mandarin Beef Stew Noodle!" This aromatic soup has tender beef brisket and tendon, which were stewed to perfection. It comes in a bowl of soup with perfectly cooked noodles and baby bok choy. With a spoonful of the hot chili sauce, this is my favorite noodle in the world. Actually, I have tried the turnip cake here and I have to say, it is the best turnip cake I have ever eaten. It was pan fried nicely, with a hint of crispiness on the outside, and still warm and delicious inside. I have been here a total of 4 times, and every time, there is a long line. Oh well, worth the wait for the best bowl of soup ever.
