  • I'm glad I gave this company a second chance. Last time, I had the clutch in my washing machine replaced and while the technician fixed the problem he left much to be desired. So when the machine started making crazy noises 9 months later and stopped washing altogether it was not unreasonable to think it had something to do with the last repair. This time it was the couplers that needed to be replaced and Vladimir was a pleasure to work with. He even gave the machine a once over to make sure everything else was in order and when it wasn't he took care of that too. I hope to have the same great experience in the future. After all, it's not easy these days to find reputable people you can trust.
