  • Unfortunately, there is some new staff at the Biltmore location and the customer service is horrible. Jen, in particular, was extremely rude as I simply needed to do a return. I found out later the refund to my card was never done by her when I was there, so now that needs to be dealt with. I shopped for other items and ultimately left them on the counter as she had no interest in helping customers. I now only shop at the Scottsdale store. What a shame.
