| - This hotel is simply beautiful. First time staying here and hopefully it won't be my last. I have stayed at Bellagio and that place was just as beautiful. I always thought that staying at MGM Grand I was seeing the best Las Vegas had to offer, was I ever wrong.
The valet is $18 a day and you can come and go as often as you like, they will bill your account at the end of your exit. Staff at the valet were excellent, greatting and asking if we had any questions, valet in Las Vegas is always great because they show they have customer service but these guys were wonderful.
The check in to me seemed a bit long even though there was about 7 women working the counter and assisting people checking in but they showed at least for some no communication skills. I didn't check in personally since my name was not priority but I would have been eager to get a room key and go on my way.
Once you walk inside the casino, reception and the elevators you see the detail the management takes to feel fancy, staff were attentive such as their security officers and their maid service.
The room was simply beautiful and I'm sure it was the basic or maybe the upgraded room because it had a living room against the large windows facing the west strip. The bed was magnificent, they had a huge television and many channels to watch.
The bathroom was huge with his and hers sinks, separate toilet, small hot tub for one and a shower. They provide everything you will need in your stay. Robes, shampoos, lotions and towels both small and large.
I was very comfortable in this place. They have a small screen next to the bed that controls your lights, the curtains and the Do Not Disturb option. Each room has a door bell, now that is freaking fancy.
If you have the funds to stay here then do yourself a favor and do it.
Also saw Le Reve and the show was simply amazing.
