rev:text	Today I had the honor of talking to a Rep named Talon, however that was such a cool name that I mistaken it for " Calvin," Lol. What a guy he let me call him Calvin for most the conversation. So it is never a convenient time to call a bank to fix a few things lets be real people, So even though I was rude, pushy and in more of a hurry than anyone on hold as we feel on a Monday. I was greeted and told Talon my problem well I may have yelled my problem because the previous person I got seemed a little uninterested. Talon listened and let me blow off steam as well. So he described in detail and itemized the issue at hand, as well as talked to me as if he cared , He never made me feel like an idiot as it was my oversight. He answered all my questioned, And later in the conversation gave me kudos for keeping my accounts in line and only having this issue. Wow I have been banking since this was Washington Mutual years back and he was right. although I had an oversight on my part. He did NOT make me feel like a idiot that had road rage. I even connected with this young man with his easy going personality. Talon let me tell you, Thank from a loyal customer that was quick to point a finger at Chase and not take accountability for my error. I hope I get you again on the line if I screw up again. Talon Chase is lucky to have you, because you could talk a man down from a ledge and if they do not treat you right down the road or see your skills. You will go far my friend. You helped me and stood out in a crowd great job,. Thanks Chase for hiring people like "Calvin" aka Talon.
