When I first saw this restaurant in Downtown Summerlin, I wanted to eat here. It seemed modern and interesting. Plus that, it was crowded so must be a good thing. It was easy to make reservations and I made them on open table.
There were a lot of items to choose from on the menu from appetizers to drinks to entrees to desserts...we just got to come back again. For our appetizers, we tried their edamame and namasu (guess we missed Hawai'i a little). I had the mahimahi with shrimp and macadamia nut rice and banana fig butter. "So Ono!" My husband just loved his sea bass with pesto and guacamole salsa. So innovative.
We had a difficult time deciding on dessert but finally decided on the sampler with 3 items; triple berry, blueberry cheesecake and chocolate silk parfaits.
The next time we visit Vegas, Crave is a must!
