  • First, let me start out by saying we are first time home-buyers and hadn't the slightest clue what we were getting into. We heard from numerous people that the home buying process was a long and arduous ordeal, so we weren't really looking forward to it. We spoke with a few different lenders who only confirmed our fears about the process and gave us an overwhelming feeling of stress. Then everything changed when we found the HOUSE team. They put our minds at ease as they worked meticulously through the whole process from pre-approval until closing with us. When we first met with our Loan Officer Peter Marthaler we were given a guide of all the steps in the home-buying process which we were then able to use to see which step we were on and what was going to happen next. Peter took the time to explain each step in detail and answer any questions my wife and I had, which really meant a lot to us as we didn't have a lot of knowledge about the process going into this. Everyone on the HOUSE team was extremely professional and kept us in the loop constantly by letting us know exactly where we were in the process. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and are thoroughly impressed with the amount of skill and professionalism the HOUSE team conducts itself with. To be honest,I'm usually not big on writing reviews, but I felt compelled to write this because of the wonderful experience my wife and I had. THANK YOU HOUSE TEAM AND THANK YOU PETER!!!!!!!
