  • By far the best car buying experience! I was looking for a used Ford Explorer. For three days, I was online looking at car dealers from all over Phoenix. I came across one at Chapman BMW and left a message for JEFF ORENSTEIN. He returned my call within twenty minutes, apologizing for having taken so long to call me back. I told him I was interested in the Explorer. He gave me the best price over the phone, which was much less than the other dealers had listed (including Craigslist), without having to haggle. When I called him back after talking with my husband, Jeff had already inspected the vehicle, identified items he was going to get fixed before we came in to sign the paperwork. We made an appointment for after work the next day and within an hour and a half, we were driving away. I wish buying a TV was this easy!!
